Since 2002, I have diversified the scope of consulting to corporate Merger & Acquisition and finally landed in real estate consulting and brokerage for investments in PROPERTY PROPERTY, for REST HOUSES and for the HOTEL TOURIST SECTOR in particular. Already since I had gained good experience in the construction and real estate sector, in 2004 I took the course and obtained my license as a BUSINESS AGENT IN MEDIATION to regularly carry out the activity of mediation to which I still devote myself with excellent results and a lot of recognition from clients.

  • Administrative and Financial Manager for Bologna-based corporate group from 1996 to 2000.
  • General Manager at accredited private health care facilities since 2000.

Rag. Carlo Dimonopoli

Graduated in computer accounting, he began his working career as an account manager.

He then takes his first steps in the real estate sector entering, in the year 2019 in Ethica Immobiliare as front office and marketing and sales manager.

Rag. Andrei Ribeiro

Graduate in Accounting, various experiences in business management, stores and supermarkets. Joined the Ethica Real Estate team in 2022 as an accounting and back office management clerk.
